Hojja’s present wisdom
Once upon a time there lived a wise man in Persia. He was an educated and intelligent man. One day he was on his way to the capital. Suddenly a nomad came towards him and gave him a letter and said, “Can you read the letter to me?” “At that moment, Nasiruddin Hojja was on rent.
He wanted to avoid reading the nomad’s letter to save time and he said absentmindedly, “Sorry, I can’t read. How does that happen? ” The man was surprised saying that you have a big turban on your head.
I know only educated people wear turban. ” The man continued to say. Immediately Hojja removed the turban from his head and put it on the nomad’s head. Now read the letter for yourself” said Hojja and left. The man felt embarrassed and confused.
